Hi Michael i dont know if you remember i asked you earlier about my l1a extension rfe ins was concerned about my executive duties well they have denied my case i still have not received my letter .Q:my i-94 expired on 5th of july 2010 i applied for l1a extension on 30th june case denied 16th April 2010 how long do i have to leave the country to avoid any problems i have a valid b1\b2 what problems can i face at immigration if i come back after a month or two my lawyer before getting the case refused was saying if it got refused he will not appeal now he saying we'll see i think he wants to appeal.if i appeal and the reply comes after 4-5 months and they deny it again what status would i ve be on since my 194 expired.out of 100 75 people i see online say do not appeal l1a's why ?
