I was on intra company transfer (L1b) through a Company A from jul 97 until apr 2010. Later my L1 extension got denied and returned to india in apr 2010. Then went for H1 stamping in june,2010 which was applied through a consulting company B ( petition was valid from oct 2007 until sep 2010) and got 221g. My H1 consulting company is not providing required docs as petition goting to expire soon and am not going to try further on that. Now my company A wants to process new L1b again. Please let me know if this will be a problem for L1b visa as I have got 221g for H1 stamping couple of months back. Thanks for your advice
