Form -I129 denial
Hi, I am in L1B visa and I filed for an extension in Nov 2009 and got it approved by Jan 2010. On April 30, 2010 I got my approved petition revoked by USCIS and denied the previous approved decision by July 09,2010.In the notice of revocation it has been stated as the ‘The beneficiary will not be employed in the United States in a specialized knowledge capacity’ – that means I can’t be employed by any company in L1B category. I am I correct? I am leaving the country by August 31st, 2010.
