I am in USA on L2 visa with valid I94 until July,2012.My spouse is on L1 with I94 valid until July 2012. However my spouse got his H1 petition approved in the year 2008. Now he applied for COS from L1 to H1 and it got approved on 11-Jun-2010. However we did not file my H4 along with his COS. He is in his notice period with his L1 employer and will be starting to work for his H1 employer from 07-Jul-2010.

My question is how long can I stay on my L2 status before my H4 is filed and approved?

Do I need his H1 pay stubs to file for my COS from L2 to H4?

How long my husband can work for his L1 employer before he start working for his H1 employer.

Can my husband comes back to his first H1 employer, does a transfer is required?
