Q.

Can I work as per I94 expiry or as per I129S expiry

Hi Indu,

I have been working for a company on L1visa.

My L1-B visa is expiring on 10/14/2010 but have a I94 which I had got through my recent India visit and is valid until 02/14/2013. My I-129S was filed under blanket petition and was approved until 10/14/2010. Can I continue to work under the same petition even beyond 10/14 as I have a valid I94?
