L-1 visa for small company
I have been employed in a managerial position for 2 years within the last 3 years by a small production company in Paris, France (5 employees, myself included). The company has existed for 11 years and has a proven track record in TV production.
Could the company send me to Los Angeles to open a new office there and obtain an L-1 visa for me (I would be the only employee in Los Angeles for now)? Is an L-1 visa likely to be granted to a company this size?
