Q.

L1B-L1A

Currently L1B visa which expires in July 2010.

My I-94 the expiry date is until : Mar 2011.
PED date in my visa is : jan 2011
In my Blanket petition there is a date : July 2010 (same as my visa expiry date).

My 60 months after capturing days out of US ends in Nov 2010.

I had a discussion with my company and they said they can apply for L1A amendment and
extension prior to 6 months of my 60 months expiry.

My questions are :

- My 6 months prior to 60 months expire by May 2010. Can i apply anytime for L1A amendment + extesion after may 2010?.

- If the amendment + extesion gets rejected can i stay until Nov 2010 with existing I-94.

- Is there any suggestion on when i need to apply for extension + amendment?.
