L1 To H1
Currently I am with Company A on L1 B Status valid till 30 Apr,2010.
On April 15th,2010, Company B applied for my H1 B premium transfer from L1 B with COS.
In the meantime Company A is planning to send me to India(Host Country) May 1st,2010, to get my Visa stamped and changed to L1 A. I will return back to U.S by May end thru Company A on L1 A status
Will my L1 A status will remain Valid and work for Company A , if incase the H1 B gets approved through Company B .
Please clarify asap
