Q.

H1B with Company A; Company B Processing L1 Visa

This is for my friend in India. He got a offer from a US company last eyar and his H1B visa was processed & Approved. But he has still not come to US due to the economic situation.
Now his employer in India want to process the L1 Visa.
So, the question is, is the L1 Visa is processed & he comes to US, will his H1B Visa become Invalid?
