Q.

L1 visa extension

hi, my husband is in L1 visa and i am in L2, our visa is getting expired by april 19th 2010, company applied for extension, but my husband got the eac number, i did not get any recepit, even i am working with ead which expires by april 19th,are we legal to stay and work, please advise
