1.I am working in US on L1A Visa and my current I-94 is valid till 22 Feb 2012.
2. First came to US on 21-Jun-2003 on L1B Visa
3. Returned to India back on 17-Feb-2005.
4. Came to US on L1A Visa on 24-Mar-2005.
5. Between First entry of US ie 21-Jun-2003 to till date, was outside of US on leave for 92 days.
Q1. Can my company apply for Greencard in my case and have chance to get the GC in time?
Q2. Keeping aside the GC option,till what period I am eligilble to stay in US legally on current L1A ?
i) Is it till current 1-94 date, which is 22,Feb 2012 ? or ii) Is it till 7 years from date of 1st entry on L1B ? Ie 21-Jun-2003+7 years = 19-Jun-2010 ? or iii) Is it till 7 years from date of 1st entry on L1B + Days outside USA? Ie.,21-Jun-2003+7 years+92 days = 21-Sep-2010?
