L1B extension
I am on L1B visa, which will expire in January 2011. It was already extended with 2 years in 2008. Company "A" started sponsoring me for green card and filed for labour certification in the beginning of 2010. I do not have master or bachelor degree and it seems like I will belong to the EB3 category. What is my option to stay and work here after January 2011? Do I need to apply for an other visa or can I stay and continue to work with the proof of my labour petition? If I have to apply for visa, what kind of visa can I get and what is the deadline?
