We have a IT consulting company in Texas. We applied a H1B petition for L1 Visa holder and it was approved in 2010 quota. She is on blanket L1 visa and is working on L1 from Oct, 09 till today, even though she got her H1B petition approved from our company. Her H1B visa started from Oct 2009 till Oct 2012. Her L1 visa is ending by 2011. now she possesses two I-94's. 1.Does she can maintain two status simultaneously(L1 and H1B). 2.Can she stay back with L1? If so can we revoke her petition from H1B? 3.Is she on Valid legal status or not, If so which status she belongs to. 4.What if she wants to use her H1B, how we can help her.
