L1 becoming invalid,laid-off by emoloyer
Getting out of status.But married to US citizen (AOS pending).
I have a valid B1 visa too.In order not to be taggged as an out-of-status alien how can I leverage my valid B1/B1 visa here.So that if my AOS is delayed by over 180 days (which seems very likely) I am never out of status? I am not likely to get EAD because it is a family based AOS there might be GC interview after 180 days.
