Q.

Valid L1-B and Advance Parole

Request someone to ans this q.Matter of top urgency.

I need to go out of US. I am on L1 status and AOS is pending. I am not quitting my job but when I get back to US I want to enter on the AP.

Now the problem is that the travel is so urgent and I have not got my AP yet.
Is it ok if the AP is mailed to me in while I am away and I enter back in to US on that AP?

I would still maintain the L1 though I cant use it to enter US because of company's policies.
I have an B1 visa as well. Can that be used instead of L1 in such scenario.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
