Q.

L1b to H1b

I'm working for my current employer ABC on L1b. Now I want to change my job.

I knew I can't work for other employer on L1b,Can you give me some suggestions on how to handle my visa problem?

1. I heard it's not a good idea to apply a new H1b as a Chinese? It's very hard and I may need wait one more year, Is it correct?

2. I notice there is something called "L1b-H1b COS",
Can my next employer(if I found one) do that for me, Is it easy?
How long time it will take if we apply it this month?
Does it need my current employer ABC's Supporting(since I don't want ABC know it)?

I have no idea totally, hope to hear you suggestions, Thanks in advance.
