Q.

L1-A

we are here for 5 years. L1-A was expired 1 yea ago because pending of I-140, which was denied two months ago, but still have advanced parole until 08/21/2010. our extension filed after denial of I-140 is denied in June. should we file another extension or a new L1? if We file a new L1, in the I-290 form, on Part2, Q#2, should we check on "a"- new employment or "b"-continue..? on Q#5, what box should we check? "a", "b" or "f"?
