Currently i am on L1B and completing 5 years in Nov2010.However the L1A conversionfiled only on August 1st.
Earlier your advice was to file as earlierst possible but my company didnt agree on my request.
Now the petition is filed and with so many rejections happening i was adviced to goto India and get the stamping done.

Questions
-Is it possible to withdraw the petition filed to USCIS for L1B-L1A conversion.
-If possible to withdraw the petition how early i have to goto india to get L1A done?. Can i wait until my 60 months
completion or i have to go asap.
-Lets say if i wish not to withdraw the petition and if i get the extension gets rejected can i goto india for L1A stamping.
-Please give your suggestion on what would be better option i can opt for given the above situation.
