Q.

k3 visa

I am on k3 visa and my spouse applied for my non-immigrant, now he wants to divorce me after only eight months of marriage. I do not want to divorce. I am sure he wants to stop the application. What are my options to not divorce and get my green card? I am now overseas and coming back before my k3 expires on february 5, 2012. Can I file a form with the USIS stating I entered in good faith into the marriage and wants to continue with my green card application, my husband is also my first cousin, our mothers are sisters.
