Q.

When Can K-1 Visa Filipina File for US Citizenship ?

My wife is a filipina here in the US on a K-1 visa. She has been here in the US for a little over 4 months. We got married on 11/10/11.

Can she start filing now for her US Citizenship or does she have to wait 3 years until she is eligible to file?
