Q.

K1 Visa Self Employed

Hello. My Canadian fiance has his visa interview in June. I reside in NY, near Buffalo. He is self employed with an internet based business. We know he can not apply for the EAD until after entry to the USA and marriage. However, we thought he could obtain a temporary work authorization at the POE. How does one secure this? He is not able to stop working for 90 days.
