Q.

Convert from J1 to H4

Hi, I am a physician, currently on J1 visa, it will expire in 3 weeks.
Can I convert to H4 or B1/B2, My husband is on H1.
If yes, how long will it take to convert from J1 to H4 or B1/B2. Should I go back to my home country for this or is it possible from here.
