When can I expect I-485 (EB3) approval with 09/19/2007 Rcpt date
I filled my I-485 during July/August 2007 with the Receipt date of Sep 19,2007. The category is EB3 (India) When do I get my approval? The Priority Date is 2006.

Crystal ball is cloudy. We expect immigration reform after Nov 2010 mid-term Congressional elections, passed by "lame duck" Congress. This will likely include more IV Numbers for EB-3.
If successful, you might get an approval in 2011. If not, some years later. |
