H1 tranfer Denied
My transfer got denied on june 23rd and recieved the physical notice on july 1st.
The denial notice says it needs extra evidence for work.
What options do I have
(1) Can I apply for a change of status to f1
(2) Can I go for a h1 transfer.
(3) IS there any other option for me to stay in US
(4) How much time do I have to do the transfer or COS if possible.

(2) Can I go for a h1 transfer. A: you can always make an attempt
(3) IS there any other option for me to stay in US? A: H and F are good; not many others.
(4) How much time do I have to do the transfer or COS if possible. A: If CIS has terminated your status, you are now OOS. However, CIS has the authority to overlook brief gaps. |
