Applying for H1B, being on Adjustment of Status, before was F1.
Hi,here is a question : i have two I-140( NIW and EB1) pending scince 07/27/07 at Texas. Could I apply for an H1B( when the new fiscal year visas would be available), being on Adjustment of Status at that time, April 2009( before I have had F1 visa)?
