Doubt Regarding H1B Transfer
Following up with my Previous questions.mY H1B is still pending in Vermont center - Masters quota.
1) I just have the EAC Number and the photocopy of the Receipt for the H1B Transfer. Will that work for H1B Transfer?
2)I am working for employer B under OPT and employer A has filed H1B. Once my petition gets approved, I am planning to do a transfer to employer B. Can I continue to work for Employer B while my transfer petition is pending?
3) Once my H1B is approved, I would like to take your service for the transfer. What are the documents required for the transfer. I will not be having the paystubs nor the approved petition. I will be just having the photocopy of the receipt.
Please advise.

1. You should include the I-797 in the change of employer.
2. You can continue to work yes.
3. Please call and set up an appointment for the list of documents that I require for the change of employer.
