How can I withdraw Perm in audit if I change my job?
Fragomen took over my perm case on June last year, it took them almost a year to submit my case on May this year, and then, it got audited. So frustrated!
Now I get a new job offer from another company and this company agrees to start the perm application as soon as possible.
My question is, as I am already in an audited perm application. Can I start a new perm application in the new company right away? Is there anything I need to do to withdraw the perm application? Or because I change my job, the audited case will be withdrawn/cancelled automatically?
Thanks!

You do not need to withdraw your current PERM matter in order to start a new PERM matter through a new company. You may have two PERM matters at once for two different positions at two different companies.
You cannot withdraw the PERM, only the employer sponsor may do so. It should not be an issue, but even if a question arises based on your new PERM filing, you and your new company may reply that you are no longer part of older company or interested in that PERM.
I would go ahead with new company and PERM and not worry about currnetly pending/audited case. If DOL inquires as to earlier filed PERM, your response and answer is easy.
