H1 Transfer Issue
1. I have an H1B from employer X, I applied for transfer to employer Y , but I want to stop that and again join back employer X can I do that ? The reason I am doing that is because I got a query in the process and I dont want to take any chance.
2. I have worked for like a month with this new employer Y will that create a issue. Can I go back to my employer X again
3. Do i have to stop the transfer or it will automatically suspended because I will not reply to the query.

1. You can either send a letter with the RFE saying you would like to withdraw the filing, or just let it go, it will eventually be denied.
2. No, there should be no issue with this. Yes you can go back to employer x as long as no one has withdrawn the visa and it is still valid.
3. the transfer will just be denied, no problem. |
