Doubt Regarding Transfer of H1B
I am in OPT now.My OPT is valid till November 22 2008. I filed my H1B though Employer A at Vermont service center but right now I am working for employer B. My H1B is still pending in USCIS.
My question is:
1) If I get my H1B approved before OCTOBER 1ST 2008, Is it possible for a transfer from employer A to employer B without Paystub?
2)What happens if my H1B gets approved after October say November. Can I still do the transfer without paystubs. Is there any way?
3) My last question is Is it possible to do the transfer just with the EAC Number(Receipt Number).
I will take your service to do the transfer once it gets approved. Thank you.

1. Yes, and you will be able to transfer upon filing.
2. You can not work until the visa is approved, if it is approved in Nov, you will not have any pay stubs to give them. Still should not be a problem.
3. You can try, but they usually require at least a receipt, do you have that? |
