Going Part-time with EAD
I will be going part-time next month on my EAD with an understanding that after I finish my PhD, I will be full time again. Since I am current now - EB2 (ROW with cross charge) and the processing dates are close to mine, is that OK if the green card is approved while I am part-time with the company?

Yes, it's okay. The requirement to maintain eligibility for employment-based lawful permanent resident is that you intend to work fulltime for the employer once you get your green card. Likewise, the employer/sponsor must intend for you to come to work on a full-time basis once you get the green card. The fact that you are working, or will work of them fulltime right now, or even not all, does not mean that you case cannot be approved. |

Does USCIS follow up after the Green card? That is, if I remain part time to finish school - will this be OK as long as employer hires me full time after the PhD? Or will this only be an issue during citizenship? |

It most likely wouldn't come up until citizenship. As long as you maintain your intent to work fulltime for the employer, and the employer intends for you to work full time, then the green card should be valid. |
