changes job with same employer
hi i apply in PA and my boss have other bussines in ohio so he want to me work in ohio same work same job so can i change job,i have EB3, if is yes so what i have to do can i keep same pay roll and do i have to let them know immigration i am changeing job ,....

my i 485 is more then 180 days i apply aug-03-2007 . and i apply for emplyment based ,EB3. i got the 765 work parmint |

If you have the employment authorization, you can move to the other company no problem, there is no requirement that you work for the petitioning company until your permanent residence gets approved anyway. But you still have to work for them upon approval, unless you port to the new company, in which case you must be in the same or similar job classification. If that is the case, It is fine switching. |
