follow-up question
Hello Gregory,
You say don't stay outside the US for more than 6 months at a time.. would it be possible to just work 3 month contracts, come back for a week or two, then go back again?
Is there any risk when doing this at all? Or is the 'red flag' only raised when you stay outside longer than 6 months?
Are there any other things I should do in conjunction?
Thanks,
Patrick

Certainly if you come and go frequently there may be questions as to your intent, and as you know the green card may be revoked at any time. Your safest bet is to apply for the re-entry permit. That should help any problems associated with frequent travel. |
