There is no limit per se on the numbers of times you may enter the U.S. in one year on the visa waiver program. If it appears to the CBP inspector at the airport that you living and/or working in the U.S. instead of your home country, he or she will not allow you to enter the U.S. on VWP. You must maintain nonimmigrant intent and you must convince the inspector that the purpose of your visit is for temporary business or pleasure. Obvioulsy, if you spend six months out of the year or longer in the U.S., your burden of proving nonimmigrant intent becomes more difficult. |
