Using advance parole for entering US in between jobs
I am a doctor from india and have my I485 pending for more than a year and in process of changing jobs.I worked till july 08 and will start new job in feb 09.I wanted to go to india now and return in jan.
would it be ok to use my advance parole on rentry ,it has old address of differnt state and differnt employer.I plan to carry new job contract and employment letter.
to you anticipate any difficulty in reentering.
