can i apply for 3mnths extension if i'm on the visa waiver(european passport-tourist visa)now?is it ok to apply now if i have 20days left?

No. There is no change or extension of stay for visa waiver program entrants. Of course, there are exceptions for medical and other emergencies. The only other instance where a visa waiver entrant might be able to stay legally in the U.S. is if he or she marries a U.S. citizen. Otherwise, once you overstay, you can never use the visa waiver program again, and you begin to accrue unlawful presence for purposes of the three and ten year reentry bars. |
