EB 3 denial. Typo error.
My Eb3 was denied for a typo error. They've filed it as an Eb2, when my case was an Eb3 (lc). My lawyer sent a letter to fix it, but apparently they didn't.
Now I know that i will be leaving the country by december, as I have an offer in europe.
What should I do? Leave the process as is, or fix it and file it again.
I am worried about my future visas...(B1 for example)

You will have to re-file. I don't know of a way to fix that issue. They will probably not consider that a typo. |

I was offered a job abroad (in another company) Should I leave everything as is ( no refile) without having any problem in the future? |

That is a possibility, there should be no problem doing that. |
