Interfiling question
Hi,
I have a EB3 LC and I140 approved (with 485 pending) from my current company with a PD of Feb 2005.
I had filed an EB2 labor from another company (company X) with a PD of Sep 2004 that has been approved.I-140 was not filed for this labor.
Can I use the EB2 labor and its priority date from company X that I have no intention of joining in the near future, and what documents will I need from company X to be submitted to my current company ?
