denial notice after mistake in the I-864 (forgot signature)
I recived adenial notice on my I-485 appication after (forgot to sign one of of the I-864 documents + didnt send I-864 for my pettioner) . SO IAM going to file amotion (I-290B), (the question) what i should write on the letter which they want me to explain why i have to reopen the case?.
also should i send the missing documents with my motion application or not?

In the motion address the reasons for the denial. So if they denied because there was no affidavit of support, include the affidavit of support including all supporting documentation. Is that the only reason they denied? |
