H1-B Visa
Q1) I was living in the USA and working on an employer-sponsored H1B visa which was valid from Oct 2007-Sept 2010.I voluntarily left my job in Feb 2008 and moved back to Ireland. I am wondering if it would be possible to reactivate this H1B visa if I moved back to the US and resumed my old job with the same US employer or have I lost this H1B visa completely?
Q2) Also should I notify the INS that I have left or will the employer have done this already?

1. The visa should still be valid, unless someone withdrew it.
2. They do not have to notify anyone but they should just put a termination letter in the file, and give you a copy. |
