Q.

H1B Transfer denial can I change my status to F1

Hi,
I came to us in 2005 on F1 visa and on completion of my masters i was offered job by a consulting firm while on OPT and they applied for my H1B in 2008. which i had an RFE and was approved in july 2008. I had to transfer my H1B to another employer in May 2009 which I had a RFE and my transfer has been denied stating burden of evidence is on my employer and according to the notice i have to leave the country within 30 days? Can you let me know what options do I have? Can i apply change of status to F1 and enroll back to college? Can I stay in US while my change os status is pending?
