My H1b transfer got denied bcoz copy of paystubs I sent to uscis had the employer name cut off as a result they couldn’t find employer name & gave I-797B stated am now living unlawfully in US though my current I-94 with my original employer is good until 09/30/2009.I didnt applied for MTR, now I applied for extension with my original employer & got the receipt in the email.

Pls advise
1)Does uscis checks my H1b transfer & corrects the denial record if my extension with my original employer gets approved.
2)My wife H-4 is good until Sep 09 2009, email has only my receipt# and not hers. Employer said it will come in the mail. Just my receipt is enough for her?
3)After the approval do I ever face any problems with my future GC or any H1b visa stamping, if yes wht options do I have?
