OPT Expires, H1-B processing, can i stay in country?
My OPT expires Jan 19th, I have recently been laid off and also been denied my HI-B visa. If I find another company willing to sponser me -
- Can i STAY in the country while my HI-B is in process but my OPT expires?
- I know i can work with my OPT, but can i work in the 60 day grace period WHILE my H1-B is processing?
- When is the last possible day i can legally stay in the country while my H1-B is in process?
