Can i re-enter to USA if i have a valid H1visa less than a week
I have a valid H1B working visa till Sep 30th 2009 on my passport with my previous sponsor and i have a valid H1B petition from another company till May 2010 with whom i'm currently working.
In my case i need to fly to Germany on a work assignment for a week.
I just want to know if i can fly abroad on Sept 13th and return on Sep 20th 2009 with a valid visa till sept 30th 2009.
I want to know whether there will be any issues at the port of entry while returning back to USA.
