Company A fulltime H1b Visa and I94 expiring 22nd Sept 2009 (not to be renewed), Currently working with Company B parttime concurrent approval Expiring July 2011 (dont have a visa).

Last year I visited India, but at the time of leaving US, I forgot to surrender my part time I94 (that came attached with the approval)

I came back on Company A's visa, at the time of entry my I94 was validated till 22nd Sept 2009.


My question is

1) Will I still be in status after 22nd Sept 09

2) I see that the I94# on my part time approval was the same as the original I94# I got when I entered the US the first time, now since I entered with a new I94 number will this be a problem?
