Q.

Currently on F1 OPT, H1B approved, employer changed

Hi, My initial 12 months of F1-OPT ends on December 19th, and I got H1B approved through an employer with COS on Oct 1st 2009. They lost their project, so I changed to a full time job that is preparing the paperwork for H1B transfer. Can I continue working beyond Oct 1st if the new employer has sent the paperwork before that (they are doing premium processing). Also I am traveling abroad to get married in the last week of October. Would it be possible to change back to F1 and extend my OPT in case the H1B application gets denied?
