My attorney applied for LCA for my first H-1 renewal on August 5. Dunno why on on August 13 she said she received this error "Federal Id(FEIN) not found". She said she replied DOL on August 13 with additional Federal ID proof documents and contacted them to give an ETA of when my LCA will be done. DOL replied later saying "Thank you for contacting the Labor Condition Application (LCA) Help Desk. Once documentation has been submitted, the information will be reviewed and you will be contacted via email directly when the FEIN number has been verified or not verified. To avoid denial for an unverified FEIN number, please wait until after your FEIN number has been verified before reapplying". Now from August 13 can u tell me how many business days it will take to get my LCA Certified?????
