I had filed for H1B this year with some outside IT consultant and it got approved, I can start working on H1b from Oct09, I am currently on L1 visa and consultant had filled for H1B with COS, now the consultant says that he can't offer me the required compensation and package due to current market situation . Consultant is not giving me I797 and other documents to file H1 B transfer. Second employer is ready to hire me and want to file a new H1 for me or want to file visa transfer for me if first consultants returns back the required documentation to us.Will there be any impact if this year I file for second H1 request?. I have read that from this year its not allowed to file multiple H1 applications.What best we should do,Either apply new H1B transfer with EAC only or apply for new H1
