REF for H1B transfer

3 months back I transferred my H1B to Company A which is in east coast. During that time company A showed Company B as a client. It was also mentioned that Company B is in Pacific Coast. Now USCIS sent 1 REF where they want to see the signed letter from Company B. But I have never worked in Company B. Is there any way now my employer (Company A) can show that I am involved in house project? Please remember Company A is in East Coast and Company B is in Pacific Coast. So both the companies are in different locations. My main question is even though,Company B’s name was mentioned in LCA but is there any way now I can mention different company’s name in REF. Again please remember both the companies are in different state. If it is possible would you please explain mewhat are the procedures?
