Q.

Can I still apply for H1B this year?

Hello Andrew,
I graduated as a dentist in May this year and have my OPT and license. I have an offer to work with a dentist.
Questions:
1. Given it is first week of August, can I still apply for my H1B visa? What are my chances of getting visa?
2. This is a small dental practice that has never sponsored H1B visas before. What paper work will be required from them?
3. Another dental practice had applied for my H1B in early April. This was before i received my license so UCSIS has sent an RFE. I now do not want to work for that dentist and do not want to respond to that RFE. Will that in anyway negatively impact my new H1B application?
4. Finally, do you file H1B cases? Is so could you give me a rough estimate of the time taken and cost involved?
MANY THANKS for your help
