Q.

H1 transfer and no paystub

I have transferred H1 in March,2009 and its approved.From then till September,2009 I took maternity leave without paystubs which is agreed by the employer.Am I maintaining my H1 status or should i get paid in this duration of maternity leave and what will be its impacts in furure if I dont get paid for this duration?
